DuroMax Generator Shipping & Delivery Information

At DuroMax, we prioritize safe and efficient delivery of our generators. Due to their size and weight, all orders are shipped via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers rather than standard parcel services.

Delivery Timeframe & Expectations:

• Average delivery time is 3-5 business days after the order has been processed.
• Projected ETA dates provided on our website are estimates only and may vary due to carrier schedules, transit delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Courtesy Lift Gate Service for Direct Orders

• Orders placed directly through the DuroMax website will include a complimentary lift gate service at delivery to ensure safe unloading.

Delivery & Acceptance Process:

• The shipping company will provide an estimated delivery date while in transit but may not call prior to arrival.
• A signature is NOT required for delivery. If no one is present at the shipping address, the driver will unload the shipment at the location.
• We strongly recommend monitoring your shipment’s progress and making any necessary arrangements to receive it.
