Request Changes To An OrderUpdated a year ago

We unfortunately are not able to make any adjustments to an order once it has been submitted. 

The only option we are able to process would be to cancel the order if its not too far in the process of being shipped.

Otherwise, you would have to ship the item back to us in order to initiate a refund for this item. 

If an order is being shipped to an incorrect address that was provided to us at the time of order, please contact us at 1-844-387-6629 or email us at [email protected] in order for us to put in a request with the shipping carrier to have the package returned to us, which once we get it back in our possession we would issue a refund for this order.
