What should I do if I cannot upload a receipt during DuroMax generator registration?Updated 3 months ago

If you are unable to upload your receipt during the registration process, please try the following steps:

  1. Check File Type and Size: Ensure your receipt file is in an accepted format (such as JPG, PNG, or PDF) and does not exceed the maximum upload size limit.

  2. Try a Different Browser or Device: Sometimes switching to a different internet browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) or using another device can resolve upload issues.

  3. Screen Shot Receipt: We would be able to accept a screenshot from your phone of your receipt in order for you upload this file. 

  4. Email the Receipt: If you continue to experience issues, you can email a copy of your receipt directly to this email thread for one of our agents to review and assist you in completing your registration manually.
